1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Wide ("the Service"), operated by Bizlution AB (Org. Nr. 559264-7050), a Swedish company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Wide is an AI-powered platform that helps users generate React Native mobile applications through natural language descriptions.

2. Description of Service

Wide provides AI-powered code generation services for React Native mobile applications. Our service includes:

• AI-powered code generation using natural language prompts
• Real-time mobile app preview with iOS, Android, and Web mockups
• Code editor with syntax highlighting and file management
• GitHub integration for repository management
• Supabase integration for backend services
• Project export and download capabilities

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Wide operates on a credit-based subscription model with the following tiers:

• Free Plan: 5 daily credits (max 30/month), public projects only
• Pro Plan: $25/month - 100 monthly credits, private projects, custom domains
• Business Plan: $50/month - All Pro features plus SSO and priority support
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing with dedicated support

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Credits and Usage

Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features such as code generation, chat interactions, and build processes. Unused credits roll over to the next billing period within your subscription tier. Daily credit limits reset at midnight in your local timezone.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Generate code that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
• Create apps that contain malicious code, viruses, or malware
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all rights to the code and applications you generate using Wide. We do not claim ownership of your generated projects.

Our Service: Wide and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wide and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or commercial projects in accordance with these Terms.

8. AI-Generated Content

Code generated by our AI models is provided "as is" without warranties. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before deploying it to production. We are not liable for errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities in AI-generated code.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Wide integrates with third-party services including GitHub, Supabase, OpenAI, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party services.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and project data. Your data is stored securely in our data centers located in Ohio, USA, and processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIDE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
